4. Keep Your New Year's Resolutions - Every January gyms are full of motivated individuals trying to make a positive change in their lives. What happens in February? The packed gyms become ghost towns for the most part.

Why? Because the majority of those people did not write their weight loss goals down.
Put down on paper what you want to accomplish. If you want a six-pack, write it down. If you want to lose 10-15 pounds, write it down. Whatever it is, write it down.
